Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes, since the song is so short
Focus: Internal
Purpose: To explore imagination and creativity

Pre-reach: imagine you have paint on your hands and you’re going to explore and paint the space, everywhere around you and see if you can follow your hands while you do it.

First move: Invite your students to imagine they have paint coming out of their fingers and they are going to play with this idea for the whole song creating a beautiful canvas.
Give creative options, remind them they can paint on the floor, walls, the sky.
Remind them to let the music inspire how they move their fingers and hands.
You can invite your participants to paint with each other, without touching. Totally optional, this will draw the focus to external.
Beautiful way to cool down before stillness.

Transitions:
No transitions, only one movement
