Pre-Teach: No
Focus: Internal
Purpose: Exploring how to move on the floor and learning about ethics around the freedom of ocean animals
First move: Mermaid floating in the ocean. Lie down on your back, pretending to be floating and swimming the waves of the ocean, slowly moving your arms and mermaid fin.
Graceful and soft! You can roll over onto your stomach of you want. Just make sure your feet are close together like a mermaid fin.
Second move: Fin transforms into legs – walk. Now you reached the shore. Sit upright on the beach and suddenly something magical happens!
Your fin transforms info 2 legs! Open them apart and find a way up to standing on your feet. Act like you’ve never walked before!
Be careful and gentle as you stumble to find your balance.
Third move: Help stranded sea animals back into the ocean. Now you discover a fish stranded on the beach! It’s helpless and will not survive outside the water. You gently pick it up and release it into the ocean. Next you see a starfish! Pick it up and help it back into the ocean. Last you find a sea turtle baby, and you put it back into the water. Watch as the sea animals swim away! Wave bye bye!
Transitions:
You change when you want.
