Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes, swing your partner Focus: External Purpose: Connection and being silly

Pre-teach the “swing your partner” move by simply letting them know that in this song you will ask them to find a partner, hook elbows and swing the partner around.

First move Run for 4 counts and stay on the spot for a crazy chicken dance for 4 counts. Have fun with it! To make it even funnier you can make the chicken noise and ask them to join you. If you as the facilitator let yourself be crazy and koo-koo, then your groovers will find it funny and won’t be afraid to play either! People often laugh hysterically!

Second move is swinging a partner by hooking elbows. You ask them to find a partner and swing them around! After a few spins, ask them to change directions to avoid becoming too dizzy! Continue making an occasional chicken sound!

Transitions: There are no specific transitions between the moves in this song. You are free to change between the moves when you want. It really doesn’t matter when! Have fun!
