Purpose: To lighten up and play like a kid, interactive fun, not take yourself so seriously
***Most people know the song with 4 claps but this one is to be more ridiculous, so we are “bocking” but can still clap. Also there is a surprise at the ending combo – it gets faster and faster!!***
Note: In the video, Jen says “do si do” but the move is called Swing Your Partner.
First Move: Chicken combo (4 bocking hands, 4 flapping wings, 4 twisting tails, 4 “bocks”). Let’s get a bit silly and make ourselves chickens! Here we go! Bock at someone new each time. As ridiculous as you can. Let’s see those hands. Flap. Get down low. Bock at someone new each time. It’s picking up speed. So just have fun with this!
Second Move: Swing your partner. Find the person nearest you and swing your partner. You can switch directions when you want. Maybe switch people. Switch when you want. Give yourself permission to be a little silly!
