Purpose & Focus: Mobilize joints, Circulation
Rotate wrists.
Roll shoulders gently forward.
Move hips side to side.
Slowly raise one knee at a time (option to hold on with both hands).
Rotate the ankles (one at a time) – up on the ball of foot in circular motion.
Feet flat on the floor-flex toes-wiggle fingers.
Sway your whole body your body.
Take time to explore each body part thoroughly.
Use your levels.
End with a big forward fold and breath.
