First move: Walk-2-Dance-2- get down low, talk with your hands and express this move with a bit of attitude! Also, fire yourself up for what is to come!
Use legs and arms creatively, dancing it your way.

Second move: Follow Lyrics – “Step to the left, right, hands up, wave them side to side”, “to the front, back, 360, clap your hands”.
Get creative with this, doing it differently every time!

Third move: Jump-2-Walk-2 – Bring arms up with the jumps, then travel two somewhere else. Use lots of levels for more fitness benefits!
They can also just go up and down with no jumps for less intensity.
This happens three times throughout the song, so it can be a great intense one for your peak!!
