Purpose: To challenge strength
Begin by getting a little lower in your stance and bring on the confident feels of hip hop attitude.
First move: Walk-2-Dance-2 with lots of talking with your arms, looking at each other like you have something to say.
Try to make your dance look different every time and put it in different body parts.
Second move: Combo, when this part comes in, remind them to LISTEN and do it their own way. Get creative in the ways you do what is being said. For the jumps portion, again tell them to listen and try to get higher and higher, facing different walls, moving their legs and arms differently each time. If you want to offer fitness style burpees, they can do that too, but just jumps are super effective in this song.
