Pre-Teach: no
Focus: external
Purpose: To warm up or cool down the body and lubricate hip joints

First move: Step kick. Teach them the little step kick, encourage creativity with suggestions like kicking in different directions, different levels.
Add arms and hands. Make it jazzy and swanky.

Second move: Twist. Cue them to play with the twists, sticking butt out, adding movement with arms, traveling it a little… maybe lifting a foot etc.
Get them to DANCE it.

It will go back between these moves, verse/chorus. If you feel like it, you can invite them to join with a buffy step kick together or have them sing along if they know the words.

Propósito: Calentar o enfriar el cuerpo y lubricar las articulaciones de la cadera.

Primer movimiento: Paso-patada.. Enséñales el pequeño paso-patada, fomenta la creatividad con sugerencias como patear en diferentes direcciones, en diferentes niveles.
Agrega brazos y manos. Hazlo llamativo y jazzy.
Segundo movimiento: Giro. Indicales que jueguen con los giros, sacando el trasero, agregando movimiento con los brazos, moviéndolos un poco, tal vez levantando un pie, etc.
Haz que lo bailen.
Volverás entre estos movimientos, verso / coro. Si te quieres, puedes invitarlos a unirse con una patada buffy o hacer que canten si conocen la letra.
