Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes, the Go Bananas part
Focus: External
Purpose: To be silly and play with all things you can do with a banana

Pre-teach the “Go Bananas” move by telling them that in this song there’s going to be a part where we are going bananas! So this means kicking your legs, shaking your arms, jumping, running, anything AS LONG AS you are looking after each other and are being careful not to bump into one another! Agreed?

First move: Peel + Chop + Mash + Stir + Shake + Eat/Drink. Ask for their own way of doing each activity, and demonstrate how many options there are. (watch the video tutorial.)

Second move: Go bananas! Tell them this is the part you mentioned, and ask them to show you how crazy and ridiculous they can be with their moves!
