Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No Focus: External Purpose: To be silly and playful to hip-hop style music

First move: Snap or Smoosh for younger kids. This song has a hip-hop feel so start down low with lots of attitude. Add the snap. All around your body. Travel it. Lots of attitude. Use your levels. Don’t lose your style. Attitude all the way to the end.

Second move: Bounce and Avocado clap. Imagine trying to dance the avocado off your hands as you bounce. Loose and easy. Sing if you want.
Third move: Cut it up. Show me how you cut it up. Get creative. Cut your avocado. Show me all the ways you can chop.

Fourth move: Let’s stir some guac. Show me how you stir as creatively as you can, Don’t just stir one way.

Fifth move: Clap. All around you. Get a little bounce in there. Show me your attitude
