First move: Power Walk – let it build with the music. Stand up tall, travel with large steps, letting your arms swing strong. Find ways to move in all directions.
Breathe deeply and feel the body warming up! Pay attention to your feet, how they hit the floor! You can also have them follow someone for a few steps and then move on.

Second move: Power pose-4-dance-4 – this song is empowering, so let yourself really feel it in your movements and expression.
“I’m alive” is the positive energy, dance it in your own way! Use these poses to really stretch out your body as well.
