Purpose: To get lost in the waltz and the message of the song to be thankful
First move: OTS Sway. This song is meditative and internal. Just start on the spot and sway. Soft breath. Eyes closed or soft gaze. Soft face. Start to let your arms join the sway. The hands are soft. Beautiful. This whole song is just sways and waltzes. Soft and light. Lovely. Lots of deep breaths. Let your arms express being thankful; oin your heart and out in the open. Listen to the music and follow it.
Second move: Waltz. Start with down, up, up. Down, up, up. Light in the feet. Soft and gentle. Easy. Let your arms float. Now really start to express it and travel. Turn it into your own beautiful waltz dance. Moving through the whole space. Try a turn. Let your arms and head move along with your body. Beautiful! Now listen to the music and let it inspire how you express it. As the music builds, let your moves become more expressive. Your way is the right way. Any time you want to take a break and sway, go ahead. Keep expressing with your arms. Dramatic. Expressive.
