Purpose: To increase heart rate and build lower body strength

Pre-teach: Just show them the down up walk walk and explain that they can either squat the ‘down up’ or body roll it up
First move: The first move is on the verse and has two options. ‘the first option is a squat down-up-walk-walk.
The second option is to body roll the squat up then walk-walk. Give it a little bit of dirty attitude and some dirty hip hop arms.
Second move: The second move is 8 little pushes with an open hand, change position every 8.
‘Hold the spot, punch your arms 8 times, then change position, show me what funky punching looks like’
Third move: On the chorus, hold the spot, do a butt dance then jump to face a different wall and repeat.
Fourth move: There is a break in the music. The move in this section is a ‘low and slow’.
‘Everyone low and slow, bend your knees low and bounce with your upper body, make it look hip hop’
