Purpose: To lubricate spine and rib-cage
First move is a slow-quick-quick. Don’t add the arms yet, because you stay with this rhythm for almost 2 minutes.
Change directions and explore the space. After a while the intensity starts to build in the music, and you can invite dramatic arms on the “slow”.
Ask them to play with more drama and passion as the intensity builds in the music.
Second move is a Melt for 2 counts and lift or 2 counts, then walk 4. Try melting differently and walk in a new direction every time.
