3 moves, but you basically get to choose when you want to change them.
First move: A light 60s walk, I usually start them up with a swing walk, really light, lots of arms, lift up your knees a bit more when you walk, let the music inspire you how you walk.
Second move: Jump-and-kick (or step-and-kick) Change into the step or jump and kick, it’s a long song, if you want to get in to cardio, get them to jump and kick it, if you don’t want to get too intense, get them to simply step and kick it.
Third move: Twist, really get your whole body involved. Different varieties of twist, even lift up your leg every once in a while, stick your butt out.
As I said, whenever the music makes you wanna change the moves up, choose a different one, bring the swing walk in once in a while because only jump and kick and twist for 4 minutes is intense, so lighten it up a bit.
