First move: Funky-walk. Pick your knees up. Pick your feet up. Bend knees. Get your whole body moving. Get your arms in it. Get your head in it.
How many different ways can you walk? Keep it funky Don’t just walk it, strut it. Let’s see. Yea! That’s it! Show me some confidence.
Second move: 1-2-123. You can put that 1-2-123 rhythm anywhere in your body. Anywhere you want. A little party in your body. Try different body parts. What’s possible? But keep that 1-2-123. Yea.
Put some style in it. Get your face in it. Show me some personality. Really play with where else you can put that rhythm pattern.
You don’t know until you try. Different every time. Perfect. Yeah baby! As funky as you can make it.
Third move: Step-and-clap. Make it as big as you can. Clap in as many different places as you can. You might clap with someone around you. Where haven’t you clapped?
While you step, see how far you can step. Show me what you’ve got. The more you bend those knees and travel, the more you get to build strength. That’s up to you.
