Purpose: To warm-up or cool-down the body.
First Move: Little stomp. Add the breath and the arms. Start to travel through the space. Make it soft and gentle. A light and meditative stomp. Make it your own dance. Add your arms to your dance. And make it feel good, so whatever you need to do in your dance to make it feel yummy – do that. Explore the space with your light stomp – moving backwards, sideways and you can turn as you dance it too. Can’t get it wrong – this is your dance floor.

Second Move: Lift arms and Dance Down. Soften your knees. Expand through your chest and reach out and up with your arms.
Then dance it softly towards to the ground. Really gentle. Can you say it with me? “I’m stronger than I’ve ever been”. Let your head release and softly melt your body down and slowly roll up. Melt it. Breathe into it. Change your direction every time. And see if you can melt your body a little differently every time.
Be so gentle with your body as you dance it. Let this be your own meditation. Do it your own way. Lift up and melt it down.

Third Move: Stretch. This is your opportunity to move the way that you feel like. But keep it slow. You can stretch and expand through your spine.You can mobilize your upper body. Just make your body feel really good and yummy right now. Don’t look like anybody else.
Simply give yourself what YOU need here. Soft. Gentle.

Can you slowly and softly place your hands on your heart? Close your eyes if you want to. Breath with it.
