COME TO THE BACK OF THE CHAIR.
Start with slow dramatic squats.
Hold on, and then let go.
Place palm of hand over back of the chair to chair seat, one at a time.
Lean in with one arm and then the other.
Repeat with leg lift. Let go & test your balance if it’s available to you.
Turn chair sideways, lower body spiral front & back.
Very slinky.
Walk to the back of the chair – bring toe into knee & then lengthen leg. Repeat with other leg.
Soft forward fold holding back of the chair.
