Pre-Teach: No
Focus: Both Internal & External
Purpose: To warm up the body get folks prepared to dance

First move: Wide-Walk – Start by bending your knees, relax your body. This is reggae style, loose and relaxed. Now start to walk with your hips, legs wide. Add your loose reggae style. Show me what you can do with your arms while you walk. You can change your direction, but lead with your bootie, low and loose. You can even sing it if you know it. Can you get your whole body dancing? Show off your style and personality. Keep it loose and relaxed. You can’t get it wrong, just do it your way and make it feel good in your body.

Second move: Stir it up – Now let’s stir it up, pick any body part and roll it or circle it. Bend your knees, stay loose and relaxed. Can you do a different body part? Add you style and flavor. Explore your levels and directions. Get creative by trying new body parts to stir up. Do it your way, you are unique, you should look different. Make it feel good! How do you stir it up?
