A great song to start your class, it’s powerful and meaningful and really intense if your participants go there with you.

If you don’t want to talk that much during the song and have them really focus on the lyrics, explain things beforehand. You have
enough time during, but it distracts from the lyrics.

First move: Circle and look

Second move: arm lift for 4, lower for 4, step into circle and out.

Third move: stomp or march OTS, with or without arms, maybe with a clap

Stand in a circle, holding hands or not, but stand strong and powerful.
During the first seconds when she just sings without much music, simply ask them to look around, who’s in the room, strong, chin up
, chest out, shoulders back. Here I am.
When the oh oh oh comes in at 0:26, raise your arms for 4, lower them for 4 and sing the oh oh oh. Step with it into the circle with
the lift, and out with the lowering.
