Purpose: To raise the heart rate and stretch/move the spine
*You need to know when these poses come in and you need to nail them, so listen to the song a few times.*
First Move: Pose. Pose differently every time. Get ready, let me see a new pose! You’ve got levels like the floor. Use the walls and other items in the room as props. Be as creative as you can.
Second Move: Pony. (123,123). Keep this move small with a 50’s peppy style. Add your arms. Move to new spaces in the room. Once in a while, you might try to turn it. If the pony is too much, take it to a little walk with pony arms. Whatever you do, give yourself permission to do it so it feels good for you. This is where we get that heart rate up. Smiles. Fun. Personality.
Third Move: Cute Butt Wiggle. *After the two sets of 13 poses there is an opportunity to stick your butt out and give it a cute wiggle! Have some fun with it and, as it is quite short and fast, don’t stress too much if you miss it.* Stick your booty out and give it a little wiggle.
Fourth Move: Swim and Twist: (you can do 2 swim and twist or 4 swim and twist) You’re going to do 2 or 4 swim arms followed twists. Move your whole body as you swim. Stick your butt out on the twist and imagine you’re drying yourself with a towel. Really play with this. You might lift a leg as you twist. Be a little goofy and have some fun! Try different swim strokes. Stick out different body parts when you twist. That’s it!
