Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes
Focus: External
Purpose: Acting out Spiderman’s signature moves

Pre-teach the activity of pretending to be Spiderman. Show them how he shoots webs from his wrist and how he can fly through the air hanging from the sling.

First move: Shoot webs. Stay on the spot and shoot webs from your wrists. Shoot in every direction, high and low. Show me that Spiderman attitude in your body!

Second move: Shoot web and sling through (skipping/sliding/running).

Now you shoot a web and sling though it, and then shot another.

Soar through the air in any way you want.

Third move: Crawling on floor or wall. Now spiderman needs to climb a brick wall.

You can pretend that the floor is the wall, or you can climb sideways on the actual wall!

Show me how you use all your power to climb just like Spiderman!
Transitions:
0:00 Shoot webs
