First move: 1-2-123 or dance walk – relax your whole body and connect to the rhythm. Can you put the 123 in other body parts as well?
Add funky elbows and shoulders plus fun travel patterns. Get your whole body dancing it.
Second move: OTS dance with arms up and down – This is a smooth, cool dance OTS with arms raising up and dancing down.
Face different walls throughout each time he says Soul Man. On the last one you will be turning faster but it is fun to figure out!
