Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: Yes
Focus: Internal
Purpose: To explore creativity.

First Move: Stomp with loose, floppy arms; The feet are heavy with a down, down, down. Start to loosen up your arms. Let them flop around your body. Let yourself do different things with them.
Have a lazy look on your face like you don’t really care. Loosy goosey, noodle arms. All directions. You’re a little strange.

Second Move: OTS shapes – look in different directions. You’ll hear the lyrics say “Something for your mind, mind, mind.” You’re changing your poses into weird shapes.
It’s about where you’re looking. Look somewhere different each time. Eyes open and bright. A little bizarre and weird. Use your levels. Shapes. Like you’re a little crazy.
