Purpose: to explore arms, range of motion/ flow and connect with yourself and others.

First move: Walk 4 circle arm 4 counts. Focus is external on the travel. Tell them to listen to the music.
Walk 4 and listen for the sound to start the arm circle. Invite them to use all levels and circle differently each time. Soft and relaxed.
Use your whole body on the circle. By the end of the song you want to invite them to do the arm circle with another person.
Not touching, just creatively with or around someone.

Second Move: OTS soft flowing circling arms. Focus is internal OTS. Stay where you are and just let your arms circle gently around
you. You can even circle your hands. Easy and relaxed. Flow. Invite them to use their whole body as their arms circle around
them. Use all the space around them. Above, below, behind, soft and gentle.

Transitions are very clear in the music.

escuchen la música.
Camina 4 y escucha el sonido para iniciar el desliz del brazo. Invítalos a usar todos los niveles y deslizar de manera diferente cada vez.
Suave y relajado.
Al final de la canción, dess invitarlos a hacer el desliz de brazos con otra persona. No tocar, solo creativamente con o alrededor de
alguien.

Segundo movimiento: Brazos suaves y fluidos OTS. El foco es OTS interno. Quédate donde estás y deja que tus brazos floten y fluyan
suavemente a tu alrededor.
Invítalos a usar todo su cuerpo mientras sus brazos flotan a su alrededor. Usa todo el espacio a tu alrededor. Arriba, abajo, atrás,
suave y gentil.
