Purpose: To warm up or cool down the body and mobilize hip joints.
This is soft, sensual, has a little bit of funk
This is a delicious warm up or cool down song. Two simple moves
First move: 4 walks/ 2 step tap (side to side) – Lots of attitude and confidence.but keep it relaxed, soft and easy.
Give it a little funky dance while you do this. Explore your levels and directions.
Second move: Sway down. Gentle sway and move yourself down as she sings.. “As you go down slowly”.
Be playful and creative with how you move your booty down.
