Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No Focus: External Purpose: Spatial awareness and creativity

First move: Robotic walk. Ask you students to start walking on the beat and sharply change directions. You want them to move around the space creatively using all directions. Forward, backwards etc. Arms should be robotic.

Second move: On the spot robotic arms. You’ll hear it in the music. upper body should be isolated and making robotic shapes. Engage the whole upper body.

Third move: Slow motion movements. This only comes in once and transitions back to the on the spot robotic move where they will actually follow the music and speed up their arms.
