Purpose: To get quiet and calm
First move: Stillness. This is the time to transition to stillness. So let’s find a place where we can get quiet for a little bit and curl up on the floor. If you’d like to close your eyes, you can. Notice how soft you can make your body. Feel your belly grow as you breathe in and feel your belly soften as you exhale. Relax your fingers and toes. Listen to the music. And let yourself stay calm, quiet and relaxed through the rest of the song.
