Purpose: To warm up the body
A delicious flirty, sexy, peppy and confident groove with three different moves.

First move: Travel and Snap. Connect people to the sound of the snap, and invite them to travel however they want. Play with one hand snapping or both. New places every time, and explore levels and directions as you travel, lots of coolness,
Second move: Pose, pause and add jazz hands. Tell people to strike a pose, hold it, and then add the jazz hands at the end. Coach for a new pose every time, and help them be creative by suggesting using levels and sticking out different body parts.
Every other time this pose comes, the jazz hands are more subtle, so listen make sure you know the song and facilitate this throughout.
Third move: is a 1-2-123. It’s peppy, jazzy and confident, and you want to coach for turning both directions, playing with whole use of space, and allowing full body dancing.
