Purpose: To warm up or cool down the body get lost in the waltz
First move: Waltz (down up up). This is gentle and relaxed. We start with a simple down up up waltz. Start to travel it through the space and gently use your arms with your body.
Express softly and sweetly with your arms. You can also keep the down up up in the knees and not have to come up to your toes.
Float softly through the space, explore all directions, even turning.
Second move: Pause – Just simple stand OTS, let your arms hang by your side and just pause and wait for the waltz to start again.
You can take a deep breath. but just pause and wait. Stay soft and relaxed.
