Classic song! **This song has lots of moves, but the music guides you right through it. Just do what the music says. It tells you what to do.

First move: Travel and shout: Groove this out. This is a little wild and free. Put some energy into it. You can skip, light run and play, even kicks.
Add arms up when on “shout” encourage singing along to the shout and say, they can clap whenever inspired to encourage interactions and playfulness in the movements.
Allow your Groover to dance wild, and free, let the music move you! The shout comes and goes and also says “say”. Encourage them to raise the arms up on those accents.
On the rest, just fun travel and play. (kicks, jumps, peppy walk.. whatever they want).
Groove your travel: Just keep moving. Energetic peppy walk. Light run, whatever feels good but keep moving.
If you have lots of new people, just a fun energetic peppy walk is sufficient. But the music will inspire a fun energy.
At around 2:56 the movements and the voice will go softer and louder with the words and cue for that in their movements to make their movements smaller or bigger, play with that with your Groovers.
Follow the music. Smaller and softer to bigger and louder.

Second move: step clap; you can clap on your bodies, all around, a little recovery, give it some soul.

Third move: OTS Church- praise, slower, can clap, wave the arms, they can recover here and just do what feels good. Claps, arms up shaking, praise.

Forth move: OTS wave the arms on the “hey hey hey hey” call and answer get the attention of your Groovers hey everyone we are going to do some call and answer.
You can say the first one and the say your turn and point to your Groovers when it’s their turn
