Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: yes, How to shine
Focus: external
Purpose: to open up and feel magnificent. Shine! Build confidence.

Pre-Teach: Shine: This song is all about “shining as bright and magnificent as possible”, So through this whole song you are going to be opening up your arms and shining as bright as you can.

First Move: 2 slow, 4 quick: You have to nail the start, to get into the rhythm of slow-slow-quick-quick-quick-quick (2 slow & 4 quick), but once in, it’s easy.
For that, listen to the first few words “let’s keep it real” and start with the slow on “real”.
Then add the arms (stretch it out, be great, beautiful, magnificent) – it’s a lot about the arms in this song.
Explore the room, add your magnificence and shine as you move.

Second Move: Shine: OTS open up your arms to big poses and change directions – make it like “shining the brightest way”. Really open yourself up, Be magnificent! Do it differently each time.

Third Move: “Shine”-dance-walk and whenever she sings “shine” – then open up your arms and shine as much and as bright as you can.
Explore the whole space and all your directions.
