This is really a fun song, great for cardio. You will have to listen to it a couple of times.
There’s poses in between, don’t worry if you don’t nail them right away, it’s fast and sometimes they take you by surprise ;-).
First move, jump and kick (or step and kick), kicking in any direction possible. Kick with your arms as well, put on a smile, it’s so uplifting.
Second move, twist, stick your butt out, twist in many different ways, get creative. Demonstrate while you dance what’s all possible.
Third move, quick poses, different every time, they really are brief, but give the song it’s kick even more.
