Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: yes, show dab and options for attitude poses
Focus: external
Purpose: To benefit from shaking. Lymphatic stimulation

First move: Start with feet apart, bend the knees, relax the entire body and shake. It should feel relaxed and loose.
There is a combo here where we shake and then body/hip roll for 2 counts. You will hear it in the music. Pre teach this move before starting the song.

Second move: 123-123 rhythm. Once again relaxed, keep knees bent and get the arms moving as you travel it throughout the space.

Third move: Just shake without the roll. Encourage them to shake everything! Hips, chest, arms, fingers, etc.

** You can also add just a roll at 0:44 (optional).

It’s verse-chorus, so once you the know the music well you can easily cue the transitions. It’s Reggaeton so be sure to add lots of style words to get them into the essence of the music, sexy, sensual, Ayyyyyyy mami’s and papi’s!
