Purpose: To lubricate and play with the hips
First move: Cool-Walk. start OTS and give me your cool, country rocker. Shake things nice and loose. Relaxed. Now add a little walk to it. Lots of attitude and confidence. Can you explore your directions? Show me your style and confidence. Have you gone backwards or sideways? Your way is the right way. Keep your body loose and relaxed, but show me how cool you are. Now listen to the music and “Move your head. Move your hands. Move your lips. Move your hips.” Now shake your hips.
Second move: OTS-Shake-Your-Hips. Hip shake OTS everybody. You can stick it out. I think it’s easier to lean back and really let those hips shake. Let your hips shake baby!! Let it feel good. Shake it with attitude and confidence. Now follow the music “Ain’t that easy now” take your arms up, you can shake your hands with it too. Do it again. Let your hips shake. As much as you can. Arms with it. Keep it going. Shake your hands and your hips. Energize it. You can’t get it wrong… really shake it baby!
Third move: Crazy-Twist. Put a wild party in that twist. You can’t get it wrong. Get your hips moving as much as you can. Wild arms. Let your head move. Put your rock and roll in there. Bend your knees and really let yourself get into that twist. Use your levels. Get your head in it. Can you get your whole body in that twist? Do it your way, show me your style and get wild. Can you build it with the music? Don’t stop – this is endurance! You got it… let that body twist, make your spine and hips feel good. No one will twist for you.
