Purpose: To have fun and “shake your groove thing”, Get the party started.
First move: Dance-Walk. Let’s start cool and confident. Put the beat in your feet and start to walk around the room.
I want to see your best Disco arms. You don’t know what you can do until you try. Show each other how you can dance walk.
Put your own style and attitude into it. Can you keep changing your direction? Have you gone backwards yet? What happens when you try to go sideways? Get your whole body dancing with your walk. Even your head can dance with your body.
Show me what you got. Do it with confidence and style. Do it your way. You can’t get it wrong.
Second move: OTS Shake. Shake your groove thing. Dance it and shake it. Wherever you are. Lots of places to shake.
Let me see how funky and cool you can shake your groove thing. Shake different body parts and see what happens.
Can you get your head dancing in it too. Shaking your whole body. Sing along if you want. I want to see your whole body dancing.
Show off your style and personality. Your way is the right way! Make it feel good in your body.
Third move: Clap-3-Double-Clap. Clap 1-2-3 and double. Clap and double. One more.
