First move: Little kicks. Get the kids to connect to the beat with little kicks.
This should be bouncy and really playful.
Invite them to kick around somewhere different each time playing with side to side and back.
They can stay on the spot or travel around the room.
Second move: Confident walk. Transition to a confident walk. Invite some interactions.
Third move: Shake it off. Call out three different body parts, for example; shake your knees, your shoulders, your head and then sake your whole body.
You’ll run through this a few times. The next time the chorus comes back try calling out different body parts.
Invite whole body to shake when she sings “Shake it off”.
