Purpose: Move energy around and play
First move: Bounce. On the spot ask the kids to start bouncing.
You can invite them to bounce their heels to the ground to start, then invite other body parts, like their shoulders, their head.
What would it look like if the whole body was bouncing?
Second move: Crazy run! This is a super fun way to creatively explore the space.
Invite a wild run where they involve their arms and they are wildly running around each other.
Third move: Shake! On the spot ask them to shake their hands, then get them to shake everything. You can ask invite interactions too.
