Purpose: Shaking out the muscles
First move: OTS Jump and Shake. Start them of on the spot shaking hands, shoulders and hips.
“Let your arms and hair dance and shake! Shake them everywhere! How low can you shake? How high can you jump?”
Second move: Kicks. “Take the kick around the space! You can kick in any direction!”
Third move: Hands shaking floor to ceiling. “Hands down to the floor! Shake them slowly towards the ceiling! Again!”
Fourth move: Bend over and shake your tail feather! “Bend over, stick out your tail and wiggle!” Repeat 4 times!
