This song has 5 breaks, so for a great Groove, practice the song so you nail each and everyone of them.
It’s sexy, confident and has lots of attitude, so be prepared to go all in and show full expression when you facilitate.
The move in the five breaks requires pre-teaching for them to be successful at it.
First move is a step kick. Music is clear and distinct so it’s easy to hear the kicking accent.
Second move is the pose-&-attitude move. It’s a little different because you don’t just hold the pose – you pose and then you move with attitude in that pose – moving your head, your shoulders, make faces and so on.
Third move is a 1-2-123, or 12-shuffle or 12-bouncy-step, doesn’t matter what you call it, the important thing is to connect them to the syncopated rhythm in the song.
