Purpose: To practice confidence and attitude
Such a fun song and most everybody will know it and sing along.
Pre-Teach: The muscle posing, showing up. Also briefly explain that you want to see lots of attitude, chin up, chest out.
First move: confident-dance-diva-walk. Start with a confident dance-walk, show lots of attitude, chin up, chest out, lots of personality. Own it!
Lots of directional changes, you own the dancefloor, slow it down, listen to the music, shoulders up, expressive.
Second move: Muscle poses. Different poses all the time, creative, different levels, even in your face.
Third move: Run OTS. Listen to the music, increase the speed of your OTS run as you hear it in the music, make sound with it, it’s so much fun!
Forth move: wiggle-dance. This comes in towards the end, they sing it, so simply wiggle it as they sing it, playful, happy, fun.
