Purpose: Get the legs working and/or warmed up
First move: Hip Circles – Start OTS and start to put the beat and dance in your body now start to circle your hips, low and yummy.
Get your arms dancing with your body. Show me your confident urban style. Show off those hips. Make it feel good in your body.
Can you show it in your face? Do it your way.
Second move: 1-2-3-Tap – Now lets put the beat in our feet and go walk 123 and tap. Bend your knees and loosen up your hips.
Add your attitude and style. Work it. Can you get your arms dancing too?
Can you change your direction? Maybe turn with it.
Even your head can move with your body. Low and cool. Let your hips move with it. Show off your latin style with it.
Third move: Walk 12, OTS hips down – (A little pointer, every time you hear “se te nota”, that is your que to do this move).
Now let’s walk (you don’t have to count, just say walk or travel). But walk with style and attitude. (When you hear ayayayay that is your que to dance the hips down). Now stay on the spot and sexy dance your hips down. Walk somewhere new, then on the spot bend your knees, use your arms and get your hips dancing down. Show off your style. You can even turn when you walk. OTS dance those hips down. Make it yummy with attitude. Show off your style. Dance it your way.
