This one is a cardio blast!

First move: Crazy Bounce / Jump. How many different ways can you bounce? If you can’t jump, bend your knees. You can bounce around. Play with this. Higher maybe. Or moving side to side with it. Play with it and see what all you can do. Here’s your chance to let loose.

Second move: Punches. All around your body. Where can you take it that’s new? To the side. Down below. Up high. All kinds of places. Just keep punching the bubble of space around your body.

Third move: Pumps (with older kids). If you want to add a little pump, you can. Let’s see how creative you can get with this.
