Coaching Notes:

Pre-Teach: No Focus: Internal Purpose: To explore sensual movement

First move: Is a walk-4-sexy-dance-4. Connect them to the four walking steps, then tell them to stay OTS and dance. Coach with the style words to get them expressing the dance OTS. Inspire them by saying and showing different options; hip sways, body rolls, shoulders dancing, caressing the body, rolling the head, accenting arms and so own. Coach for directional changes in the walk, turns – both ways – and using levels. Make sure to use lots off groove truths if you see people being afraid to express the style.


Transitions: No transitions since there is only one move throughout.
