Kids Facilitator
Pre-Teach: Yes
Focus: External
Purpose: To build lower body strength
Pre-teach – Just show them the ‘down up walk walk’ and explain that they can just do a squat for the down up bit or they can do a body roll up.
First move: The first move is 123-123. When you have the rhythm, you can add the mudras and decorate and play with it.
Second move: The second move is on the spot. It’s a tap out. Start with feet together and then cue the tap out from there. Once you have it, add the mudras. Create a defined pose every time you tap out. Stay low on this move if you want to make it a little harder.
Third move: The third move is a butt shake. Hold the spot and shake it!
Fourth move: The fourth move is ‘down up walk walk’. You can either do a simple squat, or a big body roll up.
