Purpose: To enhance cardio and work on balance
First move: Hop hop Hold. Okay, listen to the music, you will hear this rhythm hop hop hold. Let’s try it. Jump onto one leg, then the other, then hold, again. Now try making shapes with your body when you hop and hold. Remember to engage your core, that’s what helps your balance. Find a spot to concentrate on with your gaze. Hop hop hold, feel that weight transfer over.
