Fitness Elements/Purpose: CR (creativity), RT (reaction time), Agility, ROM, Coordination, Muscle Strength, Power, Speed, Balance, Muscle Endurance, Cardiovascular
First move: Step Tap with options to just DANCE IT…crazy legs, whip arms, knees drops and shoulders dancing.
Encourage them to really listen to the music and DANCE IT…so fun, super cool and funky!
Second move: Run-8-Kick-4 – I always talk about running away from something fast, then celebrating your escape on the kicks and then running again.
Remind them not to follow each other and get creative on their directions of travel, have arms overhead and take their kicks in different places with lots of fun, playful arms!
