*This song will take a bit of practice to really know the music and NAIL IT!!

First move: Knee Drop – After the short intro, begin with a step knee drop, really rock and roll style. Let the shoulders and head get into it.
You can travel but not big, keep it small, fun and rockin’ it out! You can also encourage them to play with doubles on each side or mix up the number anyway they want.

Second move: Combo – 8 runs, 4 leaps – This is where the silly comes in! For the 8 runs, have them put their hands up like antlers on a reindeer! (This is also most challenging for fitness too).
Then on the 4 leaps (like they are the reindeer jumping from roof to roof!), let them drop the arms and swing them to get maximum leap-age:-)!
Try for high knees on the runs and long leaps to travel. ½ time Combo is simply 4 runs and 2 leaps which happens at the end.
Third move: Guitar Solo – Take this mid song break and ROCK IT OUT!! Have them simulate playing the guitar on stage at a concert!
Use the head, legs, levels and so much fun!
