First move: Walk. Add a snap or clap if you want. Get your upper body and arms dancing. 60’s style. Whipping motions if you want. Show me your grooviest walk. Play with your levels. Get your whole body to dance it. Let’s see your personality here. Upper body dances too. Arms whipping and moving. Smile on your face. Nobody cares what it looks like!
Second move: Run. A little wild and free. Toward each other, around each other. Try to make it playful, and peppy, with lots of personality. Run by someone and look at them when you do. Can you run around each other? Can you interact with someone? Nobody can do it for you.
Third move: Twist. Bend your knees. Stick your booty out. Let’s see your whole body move.
