Purpose: To increase the heart rate
You’ll be separating the group into 2 and they will face each other in the end.
Pre-teach both moves, run-run-hop-hop and the second moves is fast run for 3 and jump.
Have them do it with you before you start the song and split them quickly up into 2 groups.
First move: run-run-hop-hop, this is big and travel it all around the space, creatively around each other.
Second move: pause a deep breath and start to march. Get ready for the next round.
Third move: fast run for 3 and jump. When you do this on your own in the beginning, really challenge yourself and face another direction. Go for it!
When you do it in the separate groups in the end, go for it when your on, cheer the others on when they are on.
Such a great cardio track and wonderful as a group to encourage each other.
